Well, hmph.
Just talked to my grandma, apparently I won’t be able to go to the ranch… I love the ranch. Four wheelers, a silly llama, happy hour with my grandma and aunt.., They’re going to meet me for breakfast in San Antonio, then my mom and brother and I have to take off to Houston to meet my dad at 11pm. Well, I’m at everyone’s mercy… just disappointed I don’t get to see more of my grandma & aunt. And I don’t get to see my grandpa at all — this is horrible to say I know but they’re getting older and more precious to me.
Time to pack for vacation!
Flying out at 6AM! MOST of my luggage will be gifts for everyone. lol.
Does Southwest charge for bags?
After taking a quick look at the El Paso Zoo website, I think it might be quite interesting!! I take my kids to Brookfield Zoo. We're members, which pays for itself after two trips. The high school I went to backs up to the south gate of the zoo. We all had stints working summer jobs there. Its a staple of my life.
Thanks for the tip! Hopefully I can take them when I get back from my Christmas vacation. I guess I should call it my New Years vacation… lol. I’m definitely going to check out the member options because I know the kids would love it and would want to go more than once. It’s tough getting the parents on board for anything… they just have no interest really in much to do with the kids. :(
